iv been thinking ( not something i do often ) but how about a size guide like a blank version of the most common art requests in the most common size

then here would be a blank piece sized to the dimentions above just so it gives first time users a rough idea of sizes, all in pixels and sadly i cannot do this due to losing all my graphics software
