Hello, I'd like a banner for my Travian alliance forum please.

Size; 1000 x 200 pixels

Text; Go Tanks! (central please)

Colour; Background, bottom half black, with silhouettes of tanks on the horizon line, top half beige/cream or any pale neutral colour. Text in red.

On one side could there be a pic of a real tank, and on the other a flag, half green and half gold.

Okay, here are my shots at this. I did two different ones. One with a sunset background on the top and one with a sunrise background on top. I prefer the sunset, but it is up to you.

OMG!!! Those are brilliant! It's like you lifted the image I had right out of my mind! And I agree, the sunset one does look better (though not by much! Both are amazing)

Just one small question... (as I am a complete technotard!) how do I get it onto my forum?  

LOL, I was wondering how you were going to do that, with the dimensions you gave. Your current template doesn't allow one that goes clear across the board like that. Of course you could adjust that, but you would have to know code for that. I am not one to ask about that. Haven't learned enough code yet. I could try to adjust it a bit to fit in the logo place you have now on your template. But you would have to lose some things, it's a much smaller place. Or you could find a template that allows a bigger logo.

Tbh, I had no idea at all how big 1000 x200 was going to be! I just used the dimensions from the 'read this before posting' message and increased the height slightly. And I had no idea that the space for the logo was limited..  

I can try to find a template with a bigger space as you suggested, but how do I know how big the space allowed is? I'm sorry to be asking all these questions, told you I was a techotard!

Ok, I've done some hunting in the available templates, and I can't find one that would take such a large banner    in fact the biggest I could find is just 362 x 122. I am sooooo disappointed, I love those banners

Kat, can't you just resize them for him since you did such a good job?

Give the subcanvas template a try. Put it in one of your slots, and see if you can't make it work with the big banner. I have a feeling you can force it to accept the big banner.

I did give you a re-sized one though, if that doesn't work.
