Why would they request a badge and than never say a word after they get three? I don't get that.

He hasn't been back on since (I just checked the logs), so perhaps he has very limited access to the internet. That would seem strange though as he plays an online game where activity is fairly vital.

Maybe he forgot about the request, dunno.

I guess that is possible, makes me feel better that he hasn't been on to check it. Means he is not just being rude. Probably just busy. Thanks for the reply!
