Simple Animation in ImageReady

I am going to teach you how to make a simple animation in ImageReady.

Here are the steps :

1. Make a new document ( File > New or Ctrl+N )
- Width of 300px and height of 100px

2. Fill the background with a color of your choice ( I chose a red, #A10000 or RGB 161, 000, 000)

3. Using the text tool, insert some text onto the image and put it in the middle of the document.

4. Make a new layer. Using the Marquee Tool of your choice, make a 2px black line underneath your text.

5. Make another layer. Using the pencil tool, make a white box, 4px wide, 2px high and place it on the black line.

6. Open the Animation window in ImageReady ( Window > Animation )

Looks like

7. Move the white box all the way to the left side of the document.

8. Make a new frame ( ), and then move the white box layer all the way to the right, and nudge it so it's just past the visible area of the document.

9. Select the first frame and click the tween button. In the "Frames to Add" box, enter 28. Click Ok

10. Press play, and see what you have made.

11. If you want to save it, go to File > Save Optimized

It should come out looking something like this :
Bravo
