Be mindful that not all requests get done, depending on time artists have available at the time of the request. Here you are asking for an animation which requires the most work, you need at least 13 frames for it, for a better effect it will need at least twice that....so your request is akin to asking for 26 different art requests, so don't be too disappointed if nobody has that kind of time at the moment, I know I dont.

Told you...its a bloody lot of work
If you were to request this on a pay site there aint no way on Earth you'd get it for less than $50, and I mean at an absolute minimum $50, more likely for a good quality animation, you would be looking to pay in the region of $200 - $300 for it.

im done with it soo, and it wasnt to mcuh work, making it fade in and out would be an enormous amount of work so yeah.
