I can't model in those formats.
Also, for future reference, the cost of an item isn't much use to someone modelling it. More useful are front, side, top etc views |

If you find decent reference pics I could model in a universally recognised format that would be easily interchangeable. But it could take a while, just depends how good the reference pics are.
Also, answer all the questions here (click) to enable more accurate modelling of what you want
