Love Tear

Hi
I was wondering if this avatar could be turned into a banner. I love the picture so much and love using it as an avatar at the poker tables. I was wondering if a matching banner could be made as a signature for a forum. DID any of that make sense? I am not sure what sizes can be used as sigs but I used 1 on a forum before that was 468px width by 60px height. Slightly taller would be cool.
