[GIMP Tutorial] Wavy LinesThe bits in red are optional
Create a new image any size.
Go Filters -> Renders -> Clouds -> Plazma, fiddle around with the settings untill you find one that you like.
Click Filters -> Blur -> Tileable Blur, Settings: Radius: 98, Blur Vertically, Blur horizontally, Blur type: IIR, click OK, let it load.
Click Image -> Transform -> Rotate 90 CW
Click Filters -> Disorts -> Ripple; Tick Preview, Altialiasing, Horizontal, Wrap & Sawtooth fiddle around with the Perioud and the Amplitude.
Tools -> Color Tools -> Colorize, choose the colors you want and hit OK.
Image -> Transform -> Rotate 90 CCW
Filters -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur; Horiz: 9, Vert: 9, Blur Method: IIR, hit OK
Add Renders, Blend them.
Add Text, Blend it.
And youre done!

I liked this tutorial, so I decided to try it even though I am using Photoshop, not Gimp, so here is my attempt at this with Photoshop...
