That tut is crap... Maybe I should put one together from scratch from Flash 8 that makes a movie someone would actually consider using... If you're going to teach it then you might as well teach stuff beyond (HEY HERES HOW TO MAKE A CRAP MOVIE!!!! NOW MAKE MORE NOOBS SO I CAN SHOW OFF MY LEET SKILLZ!) |

You cant become leet, before you know the basics.
Getting skilled in flash takes you at least a year of practice. Of course anybody can make stuff within a few weeks/months, but def not quality stuff. It's not just a design program, but it also involves programming (actionscript) |

I know flash better then anyone on this forum... you don't need to remind me that actionscripting is involved... yet you can't make a decent flash movie without good actionscript no matter how good the graphics are just like you can't create a good movie with crap graphics no matter how great your actionscripting skills are.
But if taught right anyone can create decent quality flash movies within... Hmm I'd say a week and a half or two weeks. |

If I had the time I'd battle you mate. I have also been using flash for years now. So please don't say you're THE man, if you do not know what my capabilities are.
Maybe you could give me an example of what you have made. |

well MATE I've taken 3 advanced college courses based around flash, 2 based around fireworks, and 3 more based around Dreamweaver...
So you can just take my word for it |

Being good and still being modest, in stead of letting everybody smell your self sense of superiority. Only having the knowledge does not make you a good artist. i have taken courses in advanced programming in C++, this does not make me a good programmer. I would like to ask you to adjust your attitude, cause it is annoying as hell. |
