You need to say how many pixels you want it. I also think this needs to be in animation, but thats for a mod or Bravo to decide.

That animation is 546 frames. I'm almost positive it would be impossible to reduce the file size to 8kb.

If this is because you want to use it as an avatar, then you can use the link to off-site avatar option and enter the image url.
