I would like someone to make me some bars please Smile

I would like to have three and them to both look something like this:

So with the exact same background really, but just with a different font

So the first one i would like to be: 200 x 22 pixels and to say "Albums" on it in a green colour with a black stroke around it. Also some cool font too Cool

And the 2nd one to be: 628 x 22 pixels and to say "Latest News" on it, again in a green colour with a black stroke around it with the same font as the other

Lastly the 3rd one to be: 200 x 22 pixels and to say "Links" on it with the same settings as the others

Heres one i did which i would like it to look something like, but its just the background is a little different:
