About smilies for a newbieAs you may know, I am not used to making sigtags, avitars or smilies.....Could anyone tell me what dimentions a 'smilie' needs to be, do they have to be animated? Also, i know this sounds dumb, but do people need me to provide a code so they can be used. (sorry i am blonde).
Once I know what size they need to be i'll make a few

lol no gimp is a free program i use
it something like photoshop

i have never tryed smilies but i think you just use custom shapes
