Mark this day.

Today at 10:40 PM,
I finished the last cigarette of my life.
I swore it on the hatchet, the carnival, the very paint that goes on my face,
the very fuckin juggalo love that keeps me going,
I WILL NEVER SMOKE AGAIN!!!

So, Please...
If you ever see me smoking again,
either kick me in the balls, throw a really hard rock at my head,
crack my dome wit a shovel, shove a roman candle in my ass,
fuckin anything.

Maybe Bravo can give you some advice on how to stay off and resist temptations.
Anyways I commend you for your decision and wish you luck and strength in this challenge.

when my dad quit he found that patches weren't working well for him, so whenever he felt like he needed a cigarette he just put a hard boiled sweet in his mouth instead (anicede balls).
he's been quit for quite a few years now (8-10 I think).

My mom used patches when she quit and they worked well for her.
she's been quit about 2/3 year now I think.

(both my mom and dad had smoked for about 30/40 years so if they can quit then so can you, good luck.)

i think its all a matter of will.
I think that the only reason its gonna be hard to quit is kuz all my friends smoke.
I mean...
I've done fine so far.
its only been a day.
but i mean...
I'll be fine i think.
I swore it on everything that keeps me goin in life.
So... And some of my friends really will do what I said if I say its ok.
But i dont have to worry bout it.
I think i have a will power to not smoke.
