what i think would be better tho, is if you could find a group photo of these people instead of having seperate layered images, it think it would make a more realistic

But then it's just a matter of pasting an image onto a background, no real work or skill involved!
I will see if I can find a decent group picture, and I will see how it looks with a group picture in it.

What you should to is make a new layer, fill it with a solid colour and set it to 'colour'. Drop the opacity down if needed. This will make the whole image blend in more as each person will be the same colour.
Also, you should switch Curtis with Palmer as their body language in their current position makes it awkward and one last thing you should do is resize each person so they are in correct proportions with each other.
