CG ARTS :: Very simple model needed...

Okay.
Can someone make a model off of this, except more 3d?

I'm using it for an RPG Game.
Sizewise - 50*50 pixels
Can you animate it with green sparks flowing all over it?

Yes it is possible, sparks should be made with scripting, If you want them make in modeler . animate sparks must rotate
