CG ARTS :: Resizing of a GIF Image/ A bit of editing if possible.

Could this image be resize to about 150x150 without losing much of its quality?

Also if its possible, could the words at the most bottom left corner be removed?

It wont let me import the layers, so no can do mate

and considering that it wont let you take the layers, it would mean taking a LOT of screen shots. LOL
