Ok, so I have several images that I would like to make into icons.  Only thing is, how do I save them to be used as icons.  Also, then how do I enable them to be icons that I can use on lets say Windows Vista.  Thanks to all who can help or try to help!!!

No idea how to do it on vista etc, might be better to have a search around on an operating system website or something.
