I am not sure if I am posting in the right place.

Is it possible someone could design ranks of Scotland using the Scottish flag or Scottish orienated just like the mozillastar ranks (the same text and size as displayed here  http://forum.myfreeforum.org/ftopic91-135.php and here http://gosc.s1.bizhat.com/index.php?mforum=gosc - if this is possible)  I would be most grateful for any help that you can do.   Thanks in advance

Rank sets not a favourite of mine, I don't even like doing them for my own forums.
