I wasn't able to follow this tutorial at all..

It only tells about 1/2 the things you need to do.

What did you get stuck on mate?  I followed it ok (though I had to do a bit of pausing and backtracking now and then)

w00t can do it in fireworks without the tut, how great am I Very Happy

Had to slice the footballer up to lay parts over the swoosh, but it worked nicely after a fiddle

Oh dears, the image I converted was the unfinished one, will go and have another look.

sorry, meant to say that, smaller banner ones with a tad more color to make it more striking and tempting to see where it leads for the viewer.

hmmmm I keep clicking on the pen tool but its doing nothing, its just giving me a hand and not drawing anything. I can't see on the tut how to make it work
