That's what i have so far, and i was wondering how to add rain to the image.

I tried this tutorial:

But all i could make was:

I was thinking it was because of the black background, but then i thought, the rain is white so it shouldn't affect it :S
Plus, it doesn't even look like rain on the person either :S

If you still struggle with Nicks render you could just find a pic of some rainfall, desaturate the image, and use a 'screen' or 'multiply' layer blend (which one depends on which way round the white and black are)

Here's what i've ended up with, i'm not sure if it looks better or worse with the rain xD

but... meh lol

looks good, but there is so little rain you cant really tell
